Full job description

Looking for a household/personal assistant as well as a cleaner. Looking for a helper willing to do tasks that are needed and ready to help with what I need.

Might entail: Personal Assistant: Administrative support e.g. tracking expenses and filing expense reports, preparing meeting agendas, note-taking, and dictation, printing and filing Schedule management e.g. scheduling meetings and calls, renting external meeting spaces, general calendar management Travel coordination e.g. setting itineraries, booking flights and hotels, planning customer events Communication liaison e.g. screening phone calls, responding to emails Personal assistance e.g. picking up dry-cleaning, laundry, grabbing coffee, walking dogs and dog sitting, cooking

Candidates must be respectful and mature, have excellent English written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is important. You must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision and must demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion .

Salary position.

Work will be both on site at our homes, and will also involve errands.

Duties include but not limited to: Opening and sorting mail. Data sorting, Cleaning home to ensure that they have been cleaned to a high standard, beds made neatly, plants watered, laundry has been done and put away. (Pick up items at Staples, pick up/drop off samples etc)

Personal residence duties include: Personal errands (grocery and LCBO shopping, dry-cleaning drop off and pick up, deliver and pick up car for service, etc.) Wash sheets and make beds Washing and iron shirts Cleaning kitchen Dusting Watering plants Cleaning home to ensure that they have been cleaned to a high standard, beds made neatly, plants watered, laundry has been done and put away. Organizing kitchen, bathroom and bedroom linens, maintenance of property, cooking.
