CASA Security Inc. is hiring licensed security professionals for an on-site hotel and conference centre contract in Cornwall, Ontario. This is a full-time, ongoing position covering a 7-day/week operation across three shifts. The property hosts hotel guests, conference attendees, restaurant and pub patrons, and occasional VIP and government visitors, making professionalism and guest-focused service essential.
We are looking to fill the following roles:
Positions Available:
1. Security Supervisor / Lead
Shift: 8:00AM – 4:00PM | 7 days/week (rotational)
Responsibilities:
- Primary liaison between security and property management
- Access control oversight and key administration
- Surveillance system audits
- Monthly incident reporting
- Representing security during VIP, government, and conference functions — professional dress (suit or formal uniform) required
2. Evening Security Officer
Shift: 4:00PM – 12:00AM | 7 days/week (rotational)
Responsibilities:
- Visible presence in lobby, restaurant, and public areas
- Incident response and documentation
- Access control support
- Guest interaction and conflict de-escalation
3. Overnight Security Officer
Shift: 12:00AM – 8:00AM | 7 days/week (rotational)
Responsibilities:
- Continuous patrols and building security
- Support for night desk operations
- Securing the property and responding to alarms
- Emergency coordination
Additional Duties (All Roles)
- Mobile patrols (golf cart provided)
- Parking and traffic management during events
- Alarm and emergency response
- Coordination with emergency services and law enforcement
- Support for conferences, festivals, and special events
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (PSISA)
- Clean background check
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation to Cornwall site
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and statutory holidays
- Supervisor role: Prior supervisory experience and comfort in formal/VIP environments strongly preferred
