About Canobi AgTech

Canobi AgTech Inc. designs and manufactures advanced vertical farming systems, hydroponic platforms, and IoT-enabled automation solutions for agriculture, powered in part by our proprietary Genesis.IQ AI platform. We work with clients across Canada and internationally, including active deployments in Western Canada and the Middle East.

About the Role

We are looking for a recent graduate to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant. This is a hands-on, varied role supporting marketing initiatives, sales presentation preparation, and client communication, working closely with our CEO/CTO on business development activities. It's an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across sales, marketing, and client relationship management at a fast-growing agtech company.

Key Responsibilities

Support marketing activities including social media content, website updates, and promotional materials
Assist the CEO in preparing sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposal materials for prospective and existing clients
Coordinate and maintain client communications, including follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and correspondence
Help prepare materials for trade shows and industry events
Maintain and update CRM records and sales tracking documentation
Support drafting of marketing collateral, case studies, and client-facing documents
Assist with research on prospective clients, markets, and competitors
Provide general administrative support to the sales and executive team

Qualifications

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, recently completed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Social Media)
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and external clients
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Interest in sales, marketing, or business development

Nice to Have

Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for marketing materials
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Interest in agriculture, sustainability, or clean technology sectors
Bilingual (English/French) an asset
