About Washr Solutions

Washr Solutions provides mobile fleet cleaning services for companies operating transport trucks and multi-vehicle fleets. We travel to our clients' locations and deliver professional, on-site cleaning solutions that keep their vehicles road-ready and looking sharp — no downtime, no drop-off required.

About the Role

We're growing our team and looking for reliable, hands-on Fleet Cleaning Technicians to join us. You'll travel to client sites to clean transport trucks, trailers, and other large commercial vehicles using professional-grade mobile cleaning equipment. This is physical, outdoor work that rewards a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

Perform exterior cleaning of transport trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles at client locations
Operate mobile cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, foam cannons, and related tools
Follow proper procedures for detergents, degreasers, and cleaning chemicals
Inspect vehicles before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
Load, transport, and set up equipment safely at each job site
Maintain and perform basic upkeep on cleaning equipment and the service vehicle
Communicate professionally with client staff on-site
Follow all safety protocols, including working around large vehicles and equipment

What We're Looking For

Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable and punctual — able to travel to different client sites as scheduled
Valid driver's license (required); clean driving record preferred
Prior experience in cleaning, detailing, car washing, or similar physical/trades work is an asset, but not required — we're happy to train the right people
Comfortable working around large commercial vehicles
Team player who takes pride in a job well done
Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions closely
Can work around Eastern Ontario
