Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Aide to join our team at Ohana Care Health Services. In this role, you will provide essential in-home support and assistance to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in helping individuals maintain their independence while receiving the care they need.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health status.
Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
Conduct light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.

Requirements

Health Care Aide Certificate, or relevant education
Registered with Alberta HCA Directory
Minimum of 1 years' experience working with seniors.
Valid Criminal Record Check (within the last 6 months).
CPR (HCP) Certificate.
Valid Alberta Drivers License and vehicle would be considered an asset (pay incentive provided)
