Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated Dishwashers to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for use. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for cleanliness, a strong work ethic, and a passion for supporting the hospitality industry. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service settings is a plus but not required. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
Support the food service team by providing clean dishware for service staff and guests
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with facility policies
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operational flow during busy periods

Skills

Experience in cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in a commercial kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of kitchen operations is advantageous
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks effectively
Hospitality experience such as hotel or food service background is beneficial but not mandatory
