Weed Man, North America’s largest lawn care company, is looking for full-time/part-time entry-level marketing representatives/outside lead generators. to join our growing team immediately. If you enjoy working outdoors, interacting with customers, and being part of a supportive team, this opportunity is for you!

We offer a guaranteed hourly wage of $22.02/h + sales commission, with current representatives averaging $24–$30/h. We provide paid training and a clear career path for advancement — no experience necessary. If you work hard and can handle more leadership responsibilities, we will have other plans for you. Many of our leaders began their careers in this role.

Responsibilities: There are 2 seasons to the job to make this a full-time, permanent position.

From October to April: Marketing and Promotions

Work from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays as required by the Branch Managers.
Join our Marketing and Promotion Team to travel to different residential neighborhoods this season.
Conduct outdoor lead generation by making a short introduction of Weed Man services to homeowners.
No selling is involved; simply ask whether the customers might be interested in getting a free lawn care quote from us.
If the customer agrees and signs the authorization form for us to contact them for the quote, that is considered a lead!
The customers do not have to pay for anything at the door.

From April to October: Lawn Care Technician

If you are interested in working with us as a lawn care technician (applying products to the customers’ lawns), you can stay and work from April to October to make this a full-time position. Working hours: 7:00 am to around 4:00 pm.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Strong communication (verbal) and interpersonal skills
Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
Must be physically fit since you would be walking a lot in the winter conditions
Not mandatory, but having a driver's license would be an asset
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
Must be available to work on Saturday as required by the Branch Managers
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
