Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort and Prestige Cranbrook Hotel are looking for permanent and seasonal, full-time and part-time, Room Attendants (also known as Housekeepers).

Duties & Responsibilities

Reports to work in required uniform and in adherence with Prestige policy
Greets guests with a smile and in a warm and courteous manner
Responds to guest requests promptly
Provides courteous guest service
Performs cleaning procedures daily in guest rooms and public areas according to Prestige standards
Works as a team player
Becomes familiar with various room types
Handles lost and found items
Maintains security measures
Restocks housekeeping carts daily with supplies
Maintains equipment
Observes and reports any repairs needed
Performs other duties as required or assigned by the supervisor or General Manager

What does an ideal candidate look like?

Must like to have fun at work!
A positive team player attitude and a strong willingness to learn
Must be available on weekends and holidays
Must be available to work day shifts (mornings & afternoons)
Prior housekeeping experience is an asset but NOT required
Neat and tidy appearance as this position deals with the public
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
