Operations Lead, Quick Lube Service Center
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Operations Lead that will oversee the daily operations of our Quick Lube service center.

This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively lead a team, enforce company procedures, foster staff development, and deliver measurable business outcomes. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong initiative, communicates effectively, and maintains high standards for both themselves and their team.
The Operations Lead will report directly to upper management, with responsibilities for daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, and ensure accountability for the service team's performance and productivity
- Guarantee consistent and professional execution of all company procedures, service standards, and sales processes.
- Drive measurable sales growth through effective leadership, enhanced customer engagement, and optimized team performance.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to workplace safety standards, facility cleanliness, and overall operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily operations, staff performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Train, coach, and develop employees to enhance productivity, consistency, and customer service skills.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience, effectively resolving customer concerns.
- Manage scheduling, inventory control, workflow, and day-to-day operational demands.
- Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to upper management.
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in automotive service or quick lube operations is highly desired. Assistant managers . lead techs and CSR'S are also welcome.
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of managing teams and driving performance.
- Strong sales-focused mindset with demonstrated success in achieving business growth.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to perform and lead effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- A strong commitment to accountability, safety, and operational excellence.
