Join the Hankki Opening Team — Leadership Roles
You're about to begin a journey where ordinary people achieve extraordinary results.
At Hankki, work is more than just a job — it's a chance to grow as a person. You'll gain practical skills, develop leadership, and build confidence through teamwork and ongoing training at Hankki Academy. Every guest interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day, because Hankki is more than a meal — it's an experience.
Your growth doesn't stop at the kitchen or the counter. At Hankki, we believe in unlocking potential beyond today's role — supporting career paths across operations support, opening and expansion teams, franchise support, R&D, marketing, IT, finance, design, and HR. Whether Hankki is your stepping stone or your long-term career, we'll invest in you — helping you build skills, confidence, and pride that last a lifetime.
Since 2019, Hankki has grown from one small shop into 12 locations and a food truck, reaching nearly $25 million in annual sales, with two new stores confirmed to open mid-year. And we're just getting started, with nationwide expansion underway.
We are building the Opening Team for our newest locations in Sage Hill (NW Calgary) and are looking for motivated leaders who want to join us from Day One. While pay and perks matter — and ours are truly top-tier — what makes Hankki special is our people. We're a family that believes in you, invests in your growth, and celebrates your success.
