DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct administrative and office management to the Board of Directors, General Manager and staff of the SRFN Limited Partnership
Record meeting minutes for the Board of Directors on a monthly basis
Manage and coordinate telephone calls, emails and other forms of communication within the office
Maintain work schedule and calendars of staff and the General Manager
Assist General Manager in various duties as it relates to the operations of the office
Responsible for the quarterly newsletter
Assist in the management of the properties
Ensure filing systems are up to date and easily accessible
Assist in the review of Policies and Procedures
Social Media and Advertising for the SRFN Limited Partnership

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a similar position
Must provide “CPIC”
Must possess a class “G” drive’s licence and access to a vehicle
Must be able to travel
Must have skills and capacity to work with a team environment
Customer service skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Previous experience working for an incorporated body and/or an Indigenous organization is advantageous
College diploma and Business Administration or other related field

BENEFITS

Sick Days at 1.25 per month
Two (2) Weeks Paid Time Off for December Holiday Break
Two (2) Weeks of Paid Vacation per Year, Progressively Increasing After Years of Service

Pay: $22.00-$24.50 per hour
