This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person everyone depends on. You'll work directly with our two Co-Founders, helping them stay organized, focused, and operating at their best while also providing administrative support that keeps the entire team running smoothly.
From managing complex calendars and coordinating travel to organizing meetings, supporting projects, ordering supplies, and jumping into whatever needs attention, you'll become an essential part of how Atlantic BioCorp operates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to the COO but directly supporting the Co-founders, you'll provide executive support while helping coordinate administrative operations across the organization.
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the Co-Founders
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Arrange business travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Manage correspondence and prioritize communications
- Prepare presentations, documents, and meeting materials
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Administrative Operations
- Coordinate company-wide travel arrangements
- Order office and operational supplies
- Coordinate internal meetings, virtual events, and company activities
- Help keep administrative processes organized and efficient
Project Coordination
- Assist with special projects across the organization
- Support leadership with planning and coordination activities
- Help improve administrative processes as the company grows

YOU BRING
- 3-5 years of experience supporting executives, senior leaders, or business owners
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience coordinating travel and managing complex calendars
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Experience working in a startup, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced environment is considered an asset
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to jump in wherever needed
