Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a Sales Design Consultant to join our team. This is a commission based position with an expected salary of $50,000 to $80,000 with a potential of more . The position requires daily travel to clients homes. Most appointments are within HRM and area and are typically less than an hour. The ideal candidate will have a passion for meeting new people and providing solutions that meet the clients needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. We will consider full-time or part-time positions (Part-time positions are under a different pay structure).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Utilize expertise to maintain and increase sales targets.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
To use our consultation process with clients to ensure the best customer service.
Provide support and information to customers throughout the process from initial consultation to installation and beyond.
To maintain the knowledge necessary to be able to provide customers with the information and solutions
To adapt and learn new product as necessary in a continually evolving market.
Commitment to meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
Preparing and submitting weekly sales and expense reports
Use of company pricing tools and other computer programs
Professional hygiene, appearance, and attitude

Qualifications

Previous experience in outside sales is REQUIRED
Personality, enthusiasm and commitment to customer service is mandatory for success in this position.
Customer service skills – listen to customers and professionally answer questions.
To be able to resolve customer concerns/problems in a professional and timely manner.
Effective written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and proficiency with computers
Must be able to plan and organize time and resources efficiently.
Must have Valid Nova Scotia driver’s license with a clean drivers’ abstract
The ability to work independently or part of a team as necessary.
Candidates must be bondable.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
