Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spray Foam Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools and a strong understanding of construction practices.

Duties

Prepare job sites by ensuring all materials and tools are available and organized.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
Apply spray foam insulation effectively to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to industry standards.
Utilize hand tools and caulking equipment for precise application and finishing touches.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and customer expectations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in construction and insulation applications.
Experience with drywall installation or repair is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints accurately to execute projects as planned.
