Our Kitchen Leaders oversee team development, food quality & execution, and work with the leadership team on COGs, labour, and team culture. They are an expert in their field, have a passion for training, and genuinely want to see their people succeed.
Required Skillset:
Kitchen Leader (Kitchen Manager)
· 2 years in a full-service setting, well-rounded on all stations
· Food Safe
· Level 1 First Aid
· A passion for people, development, and teamwork
· Commitment to our standards of hospitality and excellence
· Shift leader experience is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
