Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Lot Attendant/Detailer and become the driving force behind vehicle presentation and lot organization! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment for our vehicles and customers. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every vehicle on our lot looks its best, creating a positive first impression for all visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer service and vehicle care while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior detailing to ensure they are spotless and appealing.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly parked and accessible.
Assist with moving vehicles around the lot safely and efficiently to prepare them for customer viewing or delivery.
Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about vehicle features or lot arrangements when needed.
Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for any damages or maintenance needs and report findings to management.
Support the team with basic administrative tasks such as updating vehicle inventory records or preparing vehicles for sale.
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and movement activities to ensure a secure environment for yourself and colleagues.

Qualifications

Prior experience in cleaning or detailing vehicles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, move vehicles, and stand for extended periods.
Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability as core values.
