We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist/Lead to join our Marketing and Communications team and help build a more AI-enabled, data-driven and efficient way of working. This role is for someone who can turn AI, automation, data and commercial insight into practical improvements that help us prioritize better, reduce manual work and increase marketing impact through smarter use of resources. The focus is on developing scalable ways of working that support sales, improve pipeline visibility and create measurable business value. The final title will depend on the selected candidate's experience and expertise.
In this role, you will work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to identify target accounts, use AI-assisted analysis and data from HubSpot and MS Dynamics to guide prioritization, and develop account-based approaches that focus effort where it has the highest commercial relevance. You will strengthen the use of tools, data and automation in daily work, improve execution quality and speed, and ensure activities are selected, validated and scaled based on impact and efficiency. You will also guide content direction according to business priorities and coordinate execution in your dedicated market area with local resources and external partners. You will report to Joona Kallinen, Head of Marketing and Communications.

Location: Lahti, Finland or Vancouver area, Canada. Hybrid working model combining on-site and remote work.
Your Responsibilities
- Use AI-assisted analysis, HubSpot and MS Dynamics data, and market insight to identify, segment and prioritize target accounts together with sales
- Develop account-based ways of working that help focus commercial effort on the right customers, opportunities and market signals
- Improve efficiency in marketing and sales collaboration by reducing manual work, simplifying processes and introducing practical AI-enabled workflows
- Guide content strategy and messaging based on business priorities, customer insight and measurable commercial relevance
- Use tools such as Claude, MS Copilot, HubSpot and MS Dynamics to improve speed, quality, consistency and scalability of execution
- Monitor marketing and sales funnel performance, validate activities before scaling and recommend where to continue, adjust or stop based on impact
- Coordinate selected marketing activities in your dedicated market area together with local resources and external partners, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks, improve data quality and strengthen AI-enabled ways of working within Marketing and Communications
What We Expect
- Strong ability to use AI tools in daily work and translate them into practical efficiency gains
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or ABM roles
- Proven industrial B2B marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or an equivalent marketing automation platform
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to drive decisions from data
- Content strategy judgment, with the ability to define and direct content aligned with business goals
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools in day-to-day marketing work
- Strong written and verbal English skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with MS Dynamics or a similar CRM
- Background in capital equipment, industrial technology, or complex solution sales
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows or automations in a marketing context
- Finnish language skills

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
