Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards
- Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas
- Assist with food handling and storage procedures in compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve customers at the counter or via take-out orders with friendly and efficient service
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies related to food industry standards
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is REQUIRED
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices is advantageous
- Only previous pizza experience apply
- Experience in serving customers and handling food in a fast-paced setting is a plus
- Familiarity with meal preparation, food handling, and restaurant operations will contribute to success in this role
