We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager – Evening Operations who thrives in that atmosphere and knows how to bring it to life through leadership, presence, and exceptional service.
You will take the lead on evening operations, ensuring every service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
You will:
- Lead all front-of-house operations during evening service across key outlets
- Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor, guiding and supporting your team in real time
- Create a warm, polished, and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to deliver seamless service
- Manage reservations, pacing, and table flow to optimize both guest experience and revenue
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and confidence
- Maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service

- 2–3+ years of experience in a restaurant or hotel leadership role
- Strong understanding of full-service dining and evening operations
- Confidence managing high-volume, fast-paced service periods
- A natural ability to engage guests and build rapport
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and bar service
- Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A strong presence on the floor—you lead from the front
- Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
- The ability to motivate a team and elevate performance in real time
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
