Assistant Restaurant Manager – Evening Operations

Lead the Evenings That Guests Remember

At Digby Pines, evenings are not just service periods—they are experiences.

From refined dinners featuring world-famous Digby scallops at Churchill’s, to relaxed cocktails by the fireplace in The Grande Lounge, to starlit patio dining overlooking the Annapolis Basin—our guests come to unwind, connect, and indulge.

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager – Evening Operations who thrives in that atmosphere and knows how to bring it to life through leadership, presence, and exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will take the lead on evening operations, ensuring every service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You will:

Lead all front-of-house operations during evening service across key outlets
Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor, guiding and supporting your team in real time
Create a warm, polished, and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to deliver seamless service
Manage reservations, pacing, and table flow to optimize both guest experience and revenue
Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and confidence
Maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service

Outdoor evening experiences with firepits, coastal views, and a unique resort ambiance.

The Trophy Room at 19th Hole

What We’re Looking For

You’re not just a supervisor—you’re a floor leader.

2–3+ years of experience in a restaurant or hotel leadership role
Strong understanding of full-service dining and evening operations
Confidence managing high-volume, fast-paced service periods
A natural ability to engage guests and build rapport
Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and bar service
Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
