Sommaire du poste

Altius Épices et Assaisonnements est à la recherche d'ouvrier de production pour le quart du jour(7h00 à 15h30) . Il s’agit d’un poste polyvalent, qui soutient les opérations de mélange des épices et assaisonnements, tout en respectant les normes de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire.

Responsabilités :

Participer aux opérations de production sous la supervision du superviseur de production.
Préparer, manipuler et emballer les matières premières et les produits finis selon les exigences de production.
Suivre les instructions de travail et les horaires de production.
S'assurer que les produits sont correctement étiquetés et répondent aux normes de qualité.
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé en respectant les procédures de nettoyage.
Utiliser les équipements de production de façon sécuritaire et signaler toute anomalie au superviseur de production.
Signaler toute problématique liée à la qualité, à la salubrité alimentaire, aux matières premières ou aux équipements aux personnes concernées.
Respecter les exigences en matière de salubrité alimentaire, les Bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF) ainsi que les règles de santé et sécurité au travail.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée à la production.

Qualifications :

Expérience en production alimentaire t;
Aptitudes de base pour la lecture, l’écriture et l’arithmétique;
À l’aise avec les équipements de production et les procédures standardisés;
Connaissances des normes GMP, sécurité et hygiène dans l’industrie alimentaire;
Capacité de lever des poids jusqu’à 25 lbs;

Type d’emploi : Temps plein, permanent

Horaires :

Quart de travail de 8 heures
40 heures par semaine
Du lundi au vendredi
7h00 – 15h30

Lieu de travail : En personne (Baie d’Urfé)

Job summary

Altius Spices & Seasonings is looking for Production Workers for the dayshift. This is a versatile position, depending on the needs, supporting the production operations of spices and seasonings while ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Support production operations under the supervision of the Production Supervisor.
Prepare, handle, and package raw materials and finished products according to production requirements.
Follow work instructions and production schedules.
Ensure products are correctly labeled and meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area by following sanitation procedures.
Operate production equipment safely and report any equipment issues to the supervisor.
Report any quality, food safety, material, or equipment concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Follow all food safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and health and safety procedures.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience in food production
Strong computer literacy;
Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic;
Comfortable working with production equipment and following standard operating procedures;
Knowledge of GMP standards, food safety, and hygiene practices;
Able to lift up to 25 lbs;

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Work Schedule:

8-hour shifts
40 hours a week
Monday to Friday
7:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Work Location: In person (Baie d’Urfe)
