Full job description

InVision is a Professional Recruitment Firm involved in Engineering, Industrial/Skilled Trades, Information Technology and Professional Services within Canada and the U.S. We have a successful track record working on both small and large recruitment projects, across North America.

Our client is the largest industrial automation manufacturer in the entire world. They operate in over 100 countries around the world and employ over 100,000+ people word wide. They are currently looking to hire Warehouse Receivers on a full time Permanent Basis.

This role is full time permanent, has benefits, paid time vacation and other perks. The role is a day shift, these individuals are required to have flexibility to work evening shifts as well.

Pay Rate: $24.85/hour with increases over time.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive and verify incoming shipments against transportation and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Label, identify, and organize inventory in accordance with established warehouse procedures.

· Store materials and products in designated warehouse locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.

· Pick and prepare orders based on work orders, pick lists, and production requirements.

· Transport and process materials for manufacturing operations and external customer orders.

· Package products for shipment, ensuring compliance with quality and customer requirements.

· Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company safety standards.

· Support daily operations by performing additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proficiency in French (spoken, written, and reading) is preferred not required.

· Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.

· Valid forklift certification with experience operating various types of forklifts.

· Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing and walking for extended periods.

· Strong commitment to meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

· Experience with MRP systems; SAP experience is considered an asset.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.

· Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

· Demonstrated sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.

· Thorough understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and commitment to following established safety procedures at all time

Principales responsabilités:

Réceptionner et vérifier les livraisons entrantes en les comparant aux documents de transport et d'expédition afin d'en assurer l'exactitude et l'intégralité.
Étiqueter, identifier et organiser l'inventaire conformément aux procédures d'entrepôt établies.
Entreposer les matériaux et les produits aux emplacements désignés dans l'entrepôt tout en veillant à l'exactitude de l'inventaire. Préparer les commandes en fonction des bons de travail, des listes de prélèvement et des exigences de production.
Transporter et traiter les matériaux pour les opérations de fabrication et les commandes clients.
Emballer les produits pour l'expédition, en veillant au respect des exigences de qualité et des exigences clients.
Effectuer des inventaires tournants et des audits d'inventaire pour maintenir des registres d'inventaire précis.
Maintenir un environnement d'entrepôt propre, organisé et sécuritaire, conformément aux normes de sécurité de l'entreprise.
Appuyer les opérations quotidiennes en effectuant des tâches supplémentaires et des projets spéciaux, selon les besoins.

Qualifications et exigences

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
Maîtrise du français (parlé, écrit et lu).
Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en entrepôt, en expédition/réception ou en manutention.
Certification de conduite de chariot élévateur valide et expérience de conduite de différents types de chariots élévateurs.
Capacité à travailler en hauteur et à effectuer des tâches physiquement exigeantes, notamment rester debout et marcher pendant de longues périodes.
Fort engagement à respecter les échéances tout en maintenant un haut niveau de précision.
Expérience avec les systèmes MRP; la connaissance de SAP est un atout. Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office, notamment Outlook, Excel, Teams et Word.
Excellentes aptitudes au travail d'équipe, à la communication et à l'organisation.
Sens des responsabilités, fiabilité et souci du détail.
Connaissance approfondie des réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail et engagement à respecter en tout temps les procédures de sécurité établies.
