Administrative Assistant

Milestone Municipal Services Inc. is seeking a professional, organized, and resident-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Summer Village of Seba Beach Office.

We provide municipal administration and CAO services to municipalities throughout Alberta and are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with the public.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide front-line customer service and respond to resident inquiries
Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and public communications
Assist with website and social media updates
Coordinate council and committee meeting documentation
Support grant applications, special projects, and office administration
Process payments and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years administrative and customer service experience
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, websites, and social media
Municipal experience is considered an asset
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality

Position Details:

Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Some evening and weekend work may be required
Competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package offered
