Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator Level 1 or 2 to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. Your enthusiasm and expertise will support their developmental milestones, encourage curiosity, and promote positive learning experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s early years while working in a collaborative and dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Create a welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or additional assistance due to disabilities.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists to ensure each child's needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and developmental milestones.
Ensure health and safety standards are consistently upheld within the classroom and play areas.
Utilize computer skills to document observations, prepare reports, and coordinate educational activities efficiently.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or related environments.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members.
Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and documentation accurately.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computer operation for record keeping and educational planning purposes.
