Full job description

The PCN Administrative Receptionist will work with health professionals in an interdisciplinary environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality clerical office support and company administration. This position enhances company productivity through the provision of coordinating and communicating office activities. This includes greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing social media. This role will also be responsible for administering company correspondence.

Key responsibilities include:

· Coordinating meetings and events; scheduling interviews.

· Responding to telephone, email and in-person inquiries

· Preparing minutes, emails, and internal communications

· Manage and maintain SharePoint as an Electronic filing system

· Manage website and social medica content

· Equipment & Supplies management

· Evaluation – supporting distribution and collections of surveys and date with the Evaluation Consultant

· OH&S – providing administrative support to committee

Education/Experience:

· A minimum of 5 years experience in administration and reception in a professional office and/or healthcare environment.

· A minimum of 2 years post-secondary education in business administration, or a related area. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Additional Requirements:

· High level of knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Basic to intermediate knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

· Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and quality service.

· Flexible and adaptable, able to work within a changing environment.

· Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Ability to interact knowledgably, comfortably, positively, and respectfully with diverse individuals.

· Politically and culturally sensitive.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Drayton Valley, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

Administrative: 5 years (required)

Language:

English (required)
