Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all patrons. You will work closely with kitchen staff and management to deliver high-quality food and beverage service while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Assist in food handling and preparation as needed while following all safety regulations.
Process cash handling transactions accurately, including handling payments and providing change.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals and address any issues that may arise.
Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or as a server is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery during peak hours.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
