Accounts Payable Administrator
Responsibilities Include:

Processing invoices and vendor payments accurately and efficiently

Reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies

Maintaining organized records and supporting documentation

Communicating professionally with vendors and internal departments

Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting
-
Supporting the Accounting team with additional administrative and financial tasks as needed
The Right Candidate Will Have:

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

The ability to work effectively under deadlines

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

The ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Accounting knowledge or experience considered an asset

Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred
