The Vibe:

Just finished business school and ready to actually sell something?

We’re looking for someone who’s confident, organized, and excited to get out there and pitch, sell, and grow the business. This role is perfect for a business grad who wants real experience in sales and business development, not just sitting behind a screen.

You’ll work directly with the founders to help get Clink into more stores, restaurants, and venues. A big part of this role is reaching out to new accounts, starting conversations, and turning those into real partnerships.

Some days you’ll be building lists and doing outreach, some days you’ll be pitching accounts, and some days you’ll be in-store or at events helping drive sales.

If you like the idea of being on the front lines of growing a brand, this might be your thing.

What You’ll Be Doing:• Reaching out to new retail and hospitality accounts (email, phone, in-person)

Pitching Clink to buyers, managers, and decision-makers
Building and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities
Following up consistently to move accounts toward a “yes”
Supporting onboarding of new accounts (getting them set up and selling)
Researching and identifying high-potential stores and venues
Supporting tastings and events that drive product sell-through
Tracking outreach, responses, and wins
Working closely with the founders on sales strategy and targetsWhat You’ll Learn:

This role is built for someone who wants real sales experience. You’ll learn:

How to pitch and sell a consumer product
How to build and manage a sales pipeline
How retail and distribution actually work
How to turn conversations into real revenue
What it takes to grow a brand from the ground up

You’ll leave with real, hands-on sales and business development experience, not just marketing exposure.

Are organized and good at tracking conversations and follow-ups
Want a career in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship
Are Alberta-based and recently graduated from a business programBonus Points If You:

Have experience in hospitality, retail, or events
Have an interest in beverages, food, or CPG brands
Have done any kind of sales (retail, fundraising, internships, etc.)
Are outgoing and enjoy being in social environments

The Details:

Flexible full-time hours
Remote (with in-person support for events and tastings)
Paid role (rate based on experience + potential performance bonus)
