JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Service Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and managing customer service appointments, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your proactive communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will drive customer satisfaction and operational success. DUTIES

Greet customers promptly and professionally.
Maintain & update client contact and vehicle information during all visits.
Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers via phone, email, or online platforms, ensuring timely and accurate booking.
Maintain open communication with parts, service, detail and sales departments.
Communicate clearly with customers to confirm appointments, repair progress, shuttle and vehicle pickup
Assist customers with questions regarding services, upselling additional offerings when appropriate to enhance their experience.
Promote MOPAR replacement parts and warranty benefits
Collaborate with technicians, sales teams, and management to optimize scheduling workflows and ensure customer needs and expectations are met promptly.
Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or appointment scheduling roles.
Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Demonstrated sales aptitude with experience in upselling or promoting additional services or products, while meeting and exceeding customer experience.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
