Full job description

Job Overview
Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of diagnostic and therapeutic radiation-based products for oncology. Our Edmonton office supports clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and supply chain operations across Canada. We are a mission-driven organization that values precision, compliance, and compassion. We are looking for an Administration Clerk who can keep our office running smoothly while respecting the confidentiality and urgency of our work.

Duties

Scan, file, and organize clinical and regulatory documents (paper and electronic)
Ensure all files are labeled correctly and stored according to company protocols
Assist with document retrieval for audits and inspections
Order and maintain office supplies, kitchen stock, and printed materials
Coordinate with building management for maintenance and security access
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing shipments (courier, FedEx, Canada Post)
Enter purchase order requests and track invoices in the accounting system
Update internal spreadsheets for inventory, client contacts, and meeting schedules
Assist with basic data cleanup and validation tasks
Schedule internal meetings and book conference rooms
Prepare meeting materials (printing, binding, digital distribution)
Take meeting minutes and track action items as needed

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
High school diploma (secondary education) required; post-secondary certificate in office administration is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong attention to detail (you notice when a file is misfiled or a number is transposed)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Reside in or within commuting distance of Edmonton, AB

Nice to have but not required:

Experience working in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environment
Familiarity with document management systems (SharePoint, Dropbox, or similar)
Basic knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Experience with courier shipping software (ShipStation, FedEx Ship Manager, etc.)

Pay: $53,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
