Administrative Assistant / Events & Content Coordinator (Immediate Opening)
Pigeon Lake Music Festival & Pigeon Lake Concert Series
Hybrid | Edmonton & Mulhurst Bay, Alberta
Compensation: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
We're looking for an exceptional person to join our team immediately as we head into our busiest time of year.
While this position is being created to support urgent event season needs, there is a very real opportunity for it to evolve into a permanent, full-time role for the right candidate. We're not simply looking for someone to fill a temporary gap—we're looking for someone who can grow alongside our organization and become an integral part of our team for years to come.
If you're highly organized, tech-savvy, creative, and eager to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
About Us
The Pigeon Lake Music Festival and Pigeon Lake Concert Series bring thousands of guests together each year for unforgettable weekends of live entertainment, camping, recreation, and community. Hosted at our venue in Mulhurst Bay, Alberta, our events are known for creating exceptional experiences for guests, artists, volunteers, sponsors, and staff alike.
Behind the scenes, we're a passionate, collaborative team that wears many hats and genuinely enjoys what we do.
About the Role

As our organization continues to grow, there may also be opportunities to support future initiatives beyond our festivals and concert series, including private events, weddings, retreats, and other experiential offerings at our venue.
No two days are exactly the same.
One day, you may be updating spreadsheets, coordinating volunteers, building site maps, and organizing artist information.
