Role Overview
As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for running in-home consultations, delivering professional roofing quotes, closing deals, and generating your own opportunities. You will work closely with a performance-driven team and receive training, scripts, and ongoing coaching to maximize your results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
- Present roofing solutions and pricing
- Negotiate and close sales contracts
- Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline
- Self-generate leads through door-to-door, referrals, and personal networks
- Collaborate with setters and fellow closers to hit team targets
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
