We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused BHRT/TRT Specialist to join our growing medical wellness and hormone optimization team.
This role works directly alongside our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Team, supporting both male and female hormone replacement therapy patients throughout their wellness journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, wellness, fitness, hormone optimization, and helping patients achieve their best quality of life through evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities
- Support patients participating in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), weight loss, and medical wellness programs.
- Complete patient intakes, vitals, focused assessments, and detailed health histories.
- Identify potential concerns and communicate findings to the supervising Nurse Practitioner or Physician.
- Educate patients on hormone therapy protocols, treatment expectations, injection techniques, supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Provide ongoing patient support, encouragement, and accountability throughout treatment.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly within the electronic medical record (Telus CHR).
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while building strong patient relationships.
Qualifications
- LPN, Medical Office Assistant certification, or other relevant healthcare designation preferred.
- Candidates with backgrounds in fitness, personal training, bodybuilding, nutrition, health coaching, or wellness are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, men's health, women's health, medical wellness, weight management, or preventative medicine.
- Comfortable discussing sensitive health topics with both male and female patients.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and clinically grounded.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support.
- Experience with EMRs or medical documentation is considered an asset.
- Clinical hormone therapy training will be provided for the right candidate.
Compensation and Schedule
Starting Wage: $27.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Clinic Operating Hours:
Schedules will be assigned based on clinic needs and candidate availability. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts during operating hours is preferred.
