Full job description

We are currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and self-motivated Caretaker / Janitorial Attendant to help maintain our commercial office and retail property. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and making a positive impact on the appearance of a facility, we would like to hear from you.

Position Details

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (6-hour shift) Millbourne Market Mall

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of commercial office and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, scrub, and sanitize interior spaces
Clean windows, walls, ceilings, vents, washrooms, and common areas
Replenish janitorial and washroom supplies
Perform daily exterior litter picking and garbage removal
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for tenants and visitors
Respond to general property maintenance and cleanliness concerns as required

Qualifications

Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, office buildings, hotels, or institutional facilities is preferred
Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, products, chemicals, and equipment
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent customer service, fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
