About RejuvaDERM:
RejuvaDERM is a Cosmetic and Medical Dermatology practice with locations in Edmonton, Calgary and Grande Prairie Alberta. Our Edmonton clinic locations are led by Medical Director and Double Board-Certified Dermatologist Dr. Eric Wong. We specialize in cosmetic injectable treatments and clinically proven laser treatments. RejuvaDERM is one of only two Centers of Excellence in Canada. With over 25 advanced laser and energy devices, we offer cutting-edge solutions to treat a wide range of skin concerns. We are in a period of growth, and we are seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our incredible team.
About the Position:
A Customer Service Representative and Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients/clients who visit our clinic or contact us to learn about our services. Quality customer-service is very important. You will be our clinics ‘first impression’ and building friendly, trusting relationships with patients/clients is key!

- Welcome and check in clients while creating a warm and professional first impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments using clinic software.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Support daily clinic operations and client flow.
- Educate clients on treatments, skincare products, memberships, and promotions.
- Coordinate with providers to ensure seamless appointment experiences.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Support administrative projects and other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Criminal record check
- High-school diploma
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2-years of experience in medical aesthetics or a closely related industry

Key Skillset & Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in medical aesthetics or a related industry. Experience working in a Dermatology clinic is an asset.
- Experience in the service industry and/or experience using electronic scheduling/ comfortable with computers
- Communication skills - able to listen effectively and express oneself in a clear and articulate manner
- Willingness and flexibility- periodically be of assistance for duties that may be outside the scope of job position
- Information collection and management - able to collect, organize and monitor data efficiently
- Planning and organizing - able to multi-task, prioritize and schedule tasks and activities
- Attention to detail - able to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Customer service skills - able to develop good customer relationships with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
- Adaptability - able to adjust approach to meet changing demands and situations including dealing with diverse people
- Confidentiality - able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers, point of sales systems
