We need a relentless, self-made deal-maker who already has a pulse on the sub-prime market. If you are the kind of professional who brings your own pipeline of leads, knows exactly where to source the right vehicles to fit lender stipulations, and just needs the backing, infrastructure, and lender network of a dealership to maximize your income—you are exactly who we want. You bring the hustle, the leads, and the inventory savvy; we provide the platform for you to write your own paycheck.

The Role

As a Subprime Finance Manager, you will operate as a key driver of our sub-prime sales. You won't just be waiting for the phone to ring—you will actively generate business, source the right cars out of our inventory or that of others, and structure deals that make sense for both the buyer and the bank. This is a fast-paced, highly independent role designed for a heavy hitter who thrives in a 100% commission environment.

Key Responsibilities

Actively self-generate and manage your own pipeline of special finance leads through your established network, referrals, and personal marketing.
Leverage your industry connections and wholesale knowledge to source, request, or acquire the specific inventory needed to get sub-prime deals approved and funded.
Conduct thorough interviews with customers to assess their credit history, budget, and vehicle needs without judgment.
Work directly with our network of lenders to secure approvals, structure deals, and maximize front and back-end gross while ensuring a manageable loan for the customer.
Clearly explain financing terms, overcome objections, and finalize all required documentation accurately and compliantly.

What We Are Looking For

You have a proven ability to self-generate leads, bring a book of business, or execute your own proven marketing strategies to drive traffic.
You know the market and have connections or experience in sourcing/wholesaling vehicles that specifically fit sub-prime lender guidelines.
Proven track record in automotive sales and F&I, with deep, specialized experience in the sub-prime market.
Expert-level understanding of credit files, debt-to-income ratios, payment-to-income ratios, and strict lender stipulations.
An absolute self-starter mentality. You don't need to be micromanaged because your drive to succeed (and earn) pushes you harder than any manager could.
Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and AMVIC License.
