Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and innovative Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling and brand engagement across multiple platforms. In this dynamic role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to elevate our online presence. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely engagement.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly to foster community interaction and enhance customer experience.
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase content visibility and drive organic traffic through platforms like Google Analytics.
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising to boost reach and engagement effectively.
Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly to assess ROI, identify trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, graphic design, and e-commerce to align messaging and promotional efforts.
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer or Publer.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Ability to create compelling visual content tailored for various social media channels.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
Experience running Facebook Advertising campaigns with measurable results is preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends including influencer collaborations, content optimization, and audience targeting.
