Join us as a Human Resources Student for our NAHQ district, within our Canadian Buildings sector starting Aug 17, 2026, ending April 30, 2027. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team and support the recruitment process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, talent acquisition, and recruitment operations while contributing to real hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

Create and manage job postings and requisitions.
Support pre-screening activities and help move candidates through the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Consolidate interview feedback to support hiring decisions.
Prepare and coordinate employment offers for selected candidates
Track and maintain recruitment metrics and hiring data.
Maintain accurate records and ensure recruitment information is kept up to date.
Provide support on ad hoc initiatives and tasks within Canadian Buildings team

What you will bring to the role:

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred).
Strong interest in recruitment, Human Resources, or talent acquisition.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with data and tracking information.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
