As a Frame Stylist/Dispenser, you will play a crucial role in delivering the best possible experience to your customers. We are looking for a TEAM member to demonstrate an elevated level of knowledge about various products to ensure patients are matched with the best products for their medical and lifestyle needs.
We are looking to hire for our new South Edmonton location. The successful candidate will consider themselves a self-starter who likes to keep busy. You will have a sense of style and appreciation for the high-quality eyewear brands we carry. You will have the ability to multitask and maintain a positive outlook. Our goal is to provide a friendly and positive atmosphere for our team and patients.
Responsibilities
- Front desk/reception duties including answering phones, email correspondence, appointment booking, and billing private insurance plans
- perform pre-examination testing
- Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle, ensuring they receive the best in value and quality
- Adjust finished eyeglasses to fit the client and perform repairs as needed
- Dispense eyewear
- Arranging and maintaining retail display area, keeping the store clean and welcoming
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
- Achieve sales goals and quotas as determined by office staff without compromising patients' specific needs and desires
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ year dispensing experience is required
- Self starter, friendly, positive, upbeat, and agreeable personality
- Ability to consistently deliver exceptional patient/customer experience
- Ability to operate lensometer and other pre-examination equipment

Salary: competitive and will be determined depending on experience
