Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and experience in roofing. This role involves working on roofing projects, assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. MUST have reliable transportation.

Duties

Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems.
Perform heavy lifting and carry materials to job sites as needed.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols to ensure personal and team safety on job sites.

Skills

Proficient in heavy lifting techniques and physical stamina for demanding tasks.
Experience as a roofer is preferable.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in roofing applications.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
