Job Summary

Jayson Global Roofing is seeking a Project Coordinator, who will be responsible for the day to day project coordination of the office and field activities as required. The Project Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all incoming questions, concerns or inquires for the Production Department. The Project Coordinator will be tasked with conducting initial assessment, service planning and conducting follow up to verify that the needs and requirements of clients are being met. Additional responsibilities include receiving, processing and reconciling client or vendor information, purchase orders and work orders. The Project Coordinator is required to offer excellent customer and vendor service while working in a fast-paced, team environment. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for handling general inquiries, placing accurate orders and referring escalated calls to the appropriate Representative. Integrity, vision, professionalism and passion are key components of this position. Jayson Global Roofing offers a competitive wage and compensation package.

Qualifications

· Three (3) years experience in the construction industry or related background

· Completion of vocational or technical training in construction technology

· Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, outlook and previous experience with Databases

· Knowledge of roofing and siding products and installation

· Experience related to general administrative duties

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Ability to adhere to confidentiality when working with sensitive information

· Ability to work with strong attention to detail and time lines

· Ability to work with logical processes and detail oriented

Job Duties

· Create, maintain, and ensure execution of the Production Schedule

· Anticipate and resolve project issues and schedule difficulties with projects

· Ensure integrity of Data Entry

· Supervise and co-ordinate all construction activities of the project while ensuring that the materials and workmanship meet quality standards, select sub- contractors and co-ordinate their activities for each project as required

· Constantly look for improvements and help implement policies and procedures for quality control, other job duties as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
