Job Duties

Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of enterprise cybersecurity solutions for large public and private sector clients across Canada.
Deliver project-based consulting engagements ranging from small implementations to large-scale enterprise deployments.
Conduct customer discovery sessions to gather technical requirements and validate project scope.
Review and validate solution designs, provide architectural recommendations, and ensure implementations align with customer requirements and best practices.
Produce technical design documentation and implementation plans.
Configure, deploy, and support Palo Alto Prisma Access (SSE) solutions within complex enterprise environments.
Implement and support Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technologies, with exposure to Fortinet Secure SD-WAN and Fortinet SASE considered an asset.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
Participate in project kickoffs, deployment activities, system cutovers, and post-implementation support as required.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical leadership and guidance during complex customer implementations and troubleshoot advanced networking and security issues.

Qualifications

Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required.
Approximately 10–15 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity engineering or professional services consulting.
Extensive hands-on experience implementing and supporting Palo Alto Prisma Access (SSE) is required.
Strong knowledge of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technologies.
Experience with Fortinet Secure SD-WAN and Fortinet SASE is highly desirable.
Advanced understanding of enterprise networking with deep expertise in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) within large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience reviewing solution designs, validating architectures, and making technical recommendations.
Proven ability to lead customer discovery sessions, manage technical implementations, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience creating technical documentation, implementation guides, and deployment plans.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant vendor certifications are considered a strong asset, including Palo Alto Prisma Access/SASE certifications and Fortinet NSE 6 or NSE 7.
Automation and scripting experience is considered an asset but is not required.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada for customer engagements, project kickoffs, and deployment activities.

Pay: $170,000.00 per year
