We are seeking a high-performing retail professional to step into the role of Senior Skincare Advisor & Key Guest Experience Specialist at our Windermere flagship boutique. Inspired by the highest standards of prestige Skincare and premium retail leadership models, this position acts as a vital anchor for our space.
We are looking for an experienced skin generalist who knows their AHAs from their BHAs, treats a bottle of Biologique Recherche or Valmont with absolute reverence, and is ready to take operational floor ownership,managing daily guest flow, driving team execution, and maintaining pristine visual excellence.
About the Opportunity
This position perfectly balances advanced, high-touch client consultations with strategic boutique coordination. You won’t just be standing behind a counter reading labels; you will be the primary driver of floor flow, coaching peers in real-time, and keeping our daily boutique operations running like a beautifully oiled machine.
If your personal love language is organizing high-performance inventory by active ingredient stability and you possess a borderline obsessive eye for visual merchandising standards, you are exactly who we are looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead anchor on the boutique floor, seamlessly coordinating daily team tasks and floor zoning to optimize client journey and flow.
- Conduct sophisticated, education-focused consultations. You can effortlessly explain to a client why their skin is purging versus reacting, and rescue a damaged skin barrier without making them feel bad about their past choices.
- Serve as the primary, first-line escalation point for complex client inquiries or customer service opportunities on the floor, resolving them with total grace, empathy, and professional maturity.
- Ensure every touchpoint reflects the ultra-premium, luxury standards of the Loshen & Crem brand.
Operational & Visual Command
- Take full accountability for daily keyholder responsibilities, including flawless opening/closing procedures and total floor readiness.
- Manage boutique inventory workflows—overseeing pristine stock replenishment, tracking tester expiration dates, and unboxing product deliveries faster than a retinol cell-turnover cycle.
- Maintain strict visual compliance. If a premium display is misaligned by two inches, it should bother you as much as someone skipping SPF on a sunny July afternoon.
- Keep the backstock, community education spaces, and treatment transition areas meticulously organized, structured, and presentation-ready.
- Window visuals display.
Floor Guidance & Team Execution
- Lead by example on the sales floor, providing real-time peer coaching and support to keep the team motivated and aligned with daily boutique goals.
- Proactively anticipate boutique bottlenecks (surges in foot traffic, low inventory alerts) and independently problem-solve before management even needs to ask.
- Coordinate the seamless execution of exciting product launches, seasonal promotions, masterclasses, and VIP boutique events.
Qualifications
We're looking for an experienced prestige skincare or premium retail professional who brings:
- 2+ years of leadership or advanced keyholder experience in a retail environment, premium beauty retail, or a high-end clinical spa/aesthetic setting.
- Deep, nerdy passion for skincare ingredients, advanced formulations, and clinical routines.
- Natural leadership instincts, you don't wait to be told what to do; you survey the floor, see what needs optimizing, and coordinate the solution.
- A polished, professional, and commanding yet warm and approachable presence.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an uncompromising attention to detail.
- Open availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends (sundays) to support seasonal and business needs.
