Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Real Estate Operations & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in managing day-to-day property operations, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for real estate and marketing. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively serve diverse clients and expand outreach. Duties

Coordinate property listings,

Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various platforms to promote properties and brand presence
Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and marketing activities for reporting purposes
Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and responding to inquiries

Skills

Proven experience in marketing strategies tailored to real estate including adds, social media presence
Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse clients effectively
maintaining crm system and follow up with clients
Excellent administrative experience with strong organizational skills
Exceptional customer service abilities with clear communication skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within the real estate industry while contributing their expertise in operations and marketing.

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
