Proven leadership experience in retail or related industries.
Bilingual (French/ English)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead in a complex, multi-business retail environment.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Kronos, D365).
Flexibility to work a retail schedule and meet operational needs.
Ability to relocate within Atlantic Canada for future career growth opportunities is preferred but not required.
