Key responsibilities:

Read and understand plans, specifications and addendums.
Do take off as per plans, specifications, and addendums.
Prepare final bid, as required and send project tenders to clients.
Analyzing customer needs and keep in contact with all parties (ex. Suppliers, sub-contractors, owners, consultant, etc.)

Requirements/Qualifications:

College degree and/or certified plumber.
Must have good knowledge of the construction industry, building mechanics, and computers.
Must understand national plumbing code and other safety codes.
Bilingual, English and French
Be a very dynamic person with an excellent sense of organization and detail, resourceful, and can manage multiple priorities at same time.

Responsabilités clés:

Lire et comprendre les plans, les spécifications et les addendas.
Effectuer la prise de quantité conformément aux plans, aux spécifications et aux addendas.
Préparer l’offre finale, tel que requis et envoyer les appels d’offres aux clients.
Analyser les besoins des clients et rester en contact avec tous les groupes impliqués (ex. : fournisseurs, sous-traitants, propriétaires, consultants, etc.)

Exigences/Qualifications:

Diplôme collégial et/ou plombier certifié.
Possède une bonne connaissance du secteur de la construction, de la mécanique du bâtiment et des ordinateurs.
Comprendre le code National de la plomberie ainsi que les autres codes de sécurité.
Bilingue, français et anglais.
Être une personne très dynamique avec un excellent sens de l’organisation et du détail, débrouillarde et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités en même temps.
