Full job description

Overview
JPD Enterprises seeking a dedicated and hardworking Roughneck to join our Continuous Rod Rig Team. This role is vital to the safe and efficient rig process, requiring physical endurance, technical skills, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for Safety Concise and hard-working individuals who are motivated in obtaining a long lasting career in the oilfield service industry as a Continuous Rid Rig worker. This position offers opportunities for growth within the industry and hands-on experience with industry-leading equipment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of rig and related equipment
Handle rigging tasks including lifting, securing, and positioning heavy components
Conduct safety inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards
Collaborate with team members to execute plans efficiently and safely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries during operations

Qualifications

Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
Standard 1st Aid, H2s Alive, Common Safety Orientation, Fall Arrest is required (will train if needed)
5 ton Picker training would be ideal.
Knowledge of rigging techniques and safety procedures in an asset
Strong understanding of oil & gas industry practices and safety standards is an asset
Ability to work in physically demanding environments for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and efficiency
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving operational needs

This position requires candidates to be physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute effectively within a dynamic team environment.
