Job Description:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, representing our brand at retail locations, events, trade shows, and community activities across Ontario. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners, educate them about our HVAC products and services, and generate high-quality leads by booking in-home appointments for our outside sales team.
A key part of this role is being stationed at multiple Home Depot locations within your assigned region, where you will proactively connect with customers, introduce them to our heating and cooling solutions, and schedule free in-home consultations. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, approachable, and motivated by earning commission through lead generation and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at retail locations, primarily multiple Home Depot stores within your assigned region.
- Engage with homeowners in-store to introduce our HVAC products and services.
- Educate potential customers about our solutions, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, and air purification systems.
- Generate high-quality leads by identifying customer needs and scheduling in-home consultations for the outside sales team.
- Attend events, trade shows, and community gatherings across Ontario to promote our brand and services.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor while representing the company.
- Distribute promotional materials and provide information about current offers, financing options, and rebates.
- Track and report leads generated and appointments booked at each location or event.
- Assist with setting up and dismantling event displays or booths when attending events or trade shows.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional goals and campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
- Experience in customer service, retail promotions, lead generation, or sales is an asset.
- Ability to quickly learn and confidently communicate product knowledge and company value propositions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to travel within your assigned region and work evenings or weekends when required for events.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $50,000 per year
- Commission: Additional commission paid on appointments booked and performance-based results

Retail Brand Ambassador or In-Store Brand Representative experience is strongly preferred.
