Full job description

HM Scenic Landscaping Inc. is currently seeking an experienced and skilled laborer to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work independently, take initiative, and help deliver high-quality landscaping projects for our clients.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have previous landscaping experience and be confident completing tasks with minimal supervision. When a foreman is not on-site, this individual should be capable of understanding project requirements and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of landscaping and hardscaping tasks
Assist with site preparation, grading, planting, and property improvements
Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment
Follow project plans and complete assigned tasks independently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications

Previous landscaping experience required
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
Experience operating landscaping equipment is considered a strong asset
Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to travel and meet at the shop
Valid driver's license is preferred

Schedule

Monday to Friday
Full-time, seasonal position
Immediate start available
