Join Our Culinary Team at Trestle Creek Golf Resort! Are you a fast-paced line cook who loves the energy of a bustling kitchen? Spend your season working at a stunning, championship-level golf resort in Entwistle! We are looking for talented Line Cooks to join our team for the peak summer and autumn rush. Currently there are no open LMAO positions available.

Job Overview

Resort: Trestle Creek Golf Resort
Location: Entwistle, AB (40 minutes west of Edmonton)
Wage: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Contract: Immediate start until November 2026 (With option to extend)
Position: Seasonal Line Cook (Full-Time / Part-Time)

What You Will Do

Prepare and cook high-quality menu items to exact resort standards.
Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations with required prep.
Ensure optimal food safety, sanitization, and cleanliness protocols.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to handle high-volume tournament and patio rushes.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper knife skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to Entwistle (short commute from Edmonton or Parkland County).
