Full job description

CCH Management Group is looking to appoint an Office Administrator to provide high-level professional and administrative services.

The successful candidate will play an important role in our growing office, responsible for specific administrative functions and achieving strategic goals and objectives. We provide an environment that encourages growth through on-the-job training and promotion from within.

This role requires a highly organized, accurate, and resourceful professional who anticipates needs and thrives in delivering superior support in a complex, fast-paced, and unstructured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact when dealing with phone calls, correspondence, and inquiries to head office,
Administer customer contracts, projects, and work orders,
Compile and submit job site safety documentation, and
Perform bookkeeping tasks such as job costing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

Education and Experience:

Proven successful experience in a similar role,
3+ years of administrative experience,
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude,
Strong oral and written communication skills,
Unwavering commitment to ethical behavior and conduct,
Excellent time management and organization,
Valid BC driver’s license,
Proven ability to prepare professional proposals and write concisely about technical material, and
Proficiency with computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and IMS applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
